| CLUB HISTORY |
| The club was formed in 1986 by a group of Offut Airmen. When the club was formed it was affiliated with MBAA - Military Bass Anglers Association. The club was established as a learning club with the teaching and lifting of the skills of all members. The club decided to afiliate with BASS in the early 1990's. The club has been involved with youth programs, like the Papillion-LaVista Junior High School fishing club and BASS casting kids. We have also put on kids tournaments for the local base and surrounding communities. The club OMAHA BASS ANGLERS - OBA, continues to be one of the largest clubs in the state of Nebraska. |
